I bought a 20mm band it didn't fit my 20mm lug width on my omega Seamaster

I asked numerous times for another strap due to the fact they may ever so slightly vary in size.

They would not accommodate me. Come on it's a $34.99 strap it probably cost $8-$10 at most wholesale and they are too short sided to offer proper customer service. I have an extensive Watch collection and I belong to 3 Watch enthusiast groups. As a business owner I view Strapco as short sided and having awful customer relations!

Warning

Warning: This gets ugly.

You will find some good and bad reviews for StrapsCo here, and this is why:

The straps are quite nice for the price. If you buy a strap and it works for you, fair enough. I purchased 8 altogether in a fit of trying to match my Garmin Fenix 6x Pro to every occasion.

I fitted a couple of the colored rubber straps no problem, and I would have likely given it a 5* review if that were the end of it. However, I went on to fit one of two stainless steel straps. It looked good, but was less comfortable, so I figured I'd save it for special occasions and went to change it back to a rubber one.

No dice! No way. The strap is made such that it fits so "perfectly" that it is impossible to subsequently get a tool in to remove it. After a search I found that others had experienced the same problem, so after a fair bit of trying I contacted StrapsCo. I explained the problem in detail. They asked for a video. Even though I knew it wouldn't show much beyond my explanation I sent them one. Silence from StrapsCo.

After several follow ups they sent me an email saying that I must have forced the strap in and it was my fault! They refused to reply to any subsequent email.

I took the watch to a jeweller and they confirmed I was in trouble. They said the strap was badly designed for the watch and should not have been sold. They would not risk any method of removal if that space to reach the springbar did not exist. So now I had a watch I love with a strap I hated.

In the end I used an angle grinder to cut through the steel. I slightly damaged the Fenix case due to the heat generated in the strap. I am in the process of fixing that with an epoxy resin. I think it will be ok. But boy oh boy, what a lesson learned.

So you can choose if you want to deal with StrapsCo, but I think you know what my strong advice would be. Not only did they wash their hands of everything after being unresponsive, but they even blamed me for the fact that I put the strap on the watch. It's almost humourous if it hadn't cost me so dearly.

Wonderful,

I bought a replacement band for my Fitbit Inspire HR. It arrived quickly and is beautiful. It was well made and so was easy to install. I’m very pleased!

Very poor experience

I bought 3 straps last year from them. With one of the quick release straps, the nub that allows you to release it snapped off, leaving it unusable. I contacted customer service, and despite my insistence that the normal strap removal tool I had wasn't working, they insisted on sending one out regardless. Eventually I had to get pliers to remove this to put a different strap on the watch.

I sent back another of the straps at this point for a refund, as I was unhappy with the fit, and they were generous with this, leading to the second star.
The final strap was the nicest of the three, and while it wore down fairly quickly, it was still alright for the price. This was until a couple of weeks ago, when the buckle entirely snapped off with no real reason. I contacted support, and they told me that because I received a refund for the strap I sent back, I couldn't be refunded for any other part of the order.

In conclusion, the straps are fairly cheap and they seem alright initially, but break very easily, and the post-buy support is incredibly poor. Not recommended

Good pricing, fast shipping, and quality straps.

I have purchased several bands from this site and I've been very happy. Wife's Fitbit Versa 2 got new leather and elastic straps.
Plus a nice quality Milanese style PVD band. (I've used it more). My watches have gotten Nato, leather, and rubber straps as well.
Good pricing, fast shipping, and quality straps.

Very dishonest

So, I ordered three straps from them.

Vintage faded leather nato, which came looking nothing like the pictures, not even the same looking texture, let alone the color.
Leather NATO strap which came in a different looking color as well, the photo was an olive color, and it came in dark brown...
And regular black NATO which is okay, but a bit short.

So, then when I contacted them, they said "I have shared this feedback with our team. On our website, we have a description section where you can see the following statement "Product color may differ from picture depending on computer/mobile screen.", which seems to be the case on these bands. If these bands aren't a good match for your watches, you can return them for an exchange or refund." That would of course cost more than buying new straps.

And on top of it all, they do not approve negative reviews on their website, only positive ones. Will definitely avoid them in the future.

Order Issues

After sending messages via email, Facebook, and Instagram I am still without a response. Red flag #1. The company also does not have a working phone number to speak to anyone regarding order concerns. Red flag #2.

I placed an order from NY for delivery in NY. According to the website, US orders are shipped from Champlain, NY. After looking at the DHL tracking information, my order was shipped from Canada. Red flag #3. Three strikes and you’re out!

I placed my order with express (1-2 day) shipping and am yet to receive my item. I thought that this would have been a great alternative to paying full price ($500+) for a new watch band directly from the manufacturer. I guess the saying is true—you get what you pay for. Not that I’m concerned though as I’ll be disputing the charge with my credit card company and will get my money back that way.

Next time I’ll be sure to do more diligent research before buying from such an awful company. Hopefully nobody else falls for this scam like I did.

UPDATE:

So the new band FINALLY came, but it’s a piece of crap. Never again will I buy from this awful company. You get what you pay for and in this case you get a god awful watch band/strap and zero customer service. If I could give this “company” zero stars I would.

Straps Co. 24mm Dassari Frayed Ash…

I ordered the 24mm Dassari Frayed Ash watch band. After having the band a few months, I realized some concerns to think about.

Overall the band is frayed and holds decently together. Here are just some things that don't make this watch band 5 stars.

MAJOR:
a) the buckle constantly separates from retaining pin and band, due to the drilled hole in buckle is not centered, shallow, and too close to edge causing retaining pin to slide/pop out, poor craftsmanship.

MINOR:
b) the fraying requires using a lighter to singe the edge once a month. Glue is used to hold frayed material instead of stitching.
